“My husband and I are both from Vancouver, we started dating there and got married there, but we moved away a couple of years ago to buy a home. I picked out a few ornaments that had special meaning to memories of our journey together. A first date chatting on a bench by Science World after a drink on Main, a date on the Aquabus to Granville Island on the day we decided to really give it a go, and the Dogwood which we both wore at our wedding. Rhonda included a 4th ornament which ended up being so perfect. When he moved in with me, we lived in North Van so having a Lion’s Gate lion, the gateway to North Van, is awesome. I ordered the Woodward’s tower ornament for my spouse as he was a manager at that location in Vancouver and has such fond memories an he loved it. I also ordered the Pacific dogwood as it holds personal meaning for me and I was so happy with both.
