Local pickup
You can save on shipping costs by picking up your online credit card purchase of ornaments at Windermere Market in East Vancouver.

Open daily 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Instructions
In the checkout:
DO NOT select Apple Pay, as this bypasses the ability to select Store Pickup. Instead, choose “Or checkout with credit card.”
Make sure you use a current email address and double-check it; this is the email I use to notify you that your order is ready for pickup.
For Delivery Method, select “Store Pickup.”
Follow the rest of the steps in checkout for Payments & Discounts, and Review & Purchase.
Notification emails:
When you purchase your ornaments, you’ll immediately get a confirmation email for your purchase, along with reminder instructions for pickup. Once I’ve delivered your ornaments to Windermere Market, you’ll get another email that they are ready for pickup. If you don’t receive your purchase confirmation immediately, or if you haven’t received your pickup notification within 48 hours of purchase, please check your junk/spam folders. If they’re not there, please Contact me. There may be a typo in your email address or your online purchase may not have gone through.
Picking up your ornaments at the Windermere market:
Windermere Market is a wonderful little corner store in my neighborhood, and they have graciously agree to be my dropoff/pickup location for online orders. As a courtesy to Windermere Market, please pick up your order within 7 days of purchase. Make sure you bring a copy of your receipt (on your phone or a paper copy). Let the cashier at the desk know that you are picking up your ornaments, and give them the name and order number on the receipt.
Closure notice:
My online shop will be closed for the holidays at noon on Dec. 24, 2023, reopening on Dec. 27th. Orders purchased with local pickup at Windermere Market before those dates are available for pick-up during this period, subject to store hours.
